ICE ACTIVA 2

Beskrivelse

# Nankang ICE ACTIVA 2 – Advanced Winter Tire PerformanceEngineered for superior winter driving, the Nankang ICE ACTIVA 2 delivers confident traction on snow, ice, and wet surfaces. Its directional tread pattern with 152 circumferential lateral grooves ensures efficient water and snow evacuation, maintaining a full footprint for improved grip and shorter braking distances. Real-world testing shows a 3% improvement in snow braking over the previous model.

The tread design features staggered lateral grooves for stable straight-line performance on snow, while also helping to reduce road noise through sound-wave disruption. A unique wave-shaped groove base and wall structure securely grips snow and ice, enhancing traction in extreme winter conditions. Micro vein detailing on tread blocks increases surface friction early in the tire’s life and adds visual refinement.

An aggressive, off-road-inspired shoulder design maximizes contact on snowy and icy roads, improving overall grip. Dual sipe technology—denser, multi-wave sipes in the center and stiffer, less complex sipes on the shoulders—balances ice performance with cornering stability. A new-generation tread compound contributes to nearly 20% better dry and wet braking performance compared to its predecessor.
